CommVault Files for IPO
CommVault finally took the plunge on Friday as it filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in hopes of raising $150 million.  It hopes to use the money to pay off creditors and to develop new software.  The company hopes the money can help expand their distribution channels and broaden their partnerships.  Getting this influx of money should allow them to better compete with their larger competitors such as EMC, HP, IBM and CA.
