For those of you going to VMworld 2006 in Los Angeles, please say hello if you see me. VMBlog.com is taking its act on the road again. This will be my second year attending VMworld, and I am looking forward to it.
This year's event is really shaping up to be quite an event. Last year in Las Vegas, it seemed like everyone had a great time. The event had doubled in size from the previous year, and it looks like that trend is going to continue. With roughly 6000 people attending the event (last count that I heard), it looks like the event may have doubled in size yet again. However, it sounds like there will be quite a few more exhibitor booths this year... both of which are testaments to the fact that virtualization is catching on.
I will be there starting on Monday and staying all the way to the end on Thursday. I will also be signing my book at some point during the event at the VMworld Bookstore. I don't have the specific day or time yet, but please watch for it. Even if you don't buy a book (and you really want to, trust me!), please stop by the table and say hello. I'd love to meet and talk to the readers of this site. If it weren't for you, I'd be posting this stuff for myself. And, well, that would just be insane, wouldn't it?
Looking forward to the event and meeting you!
David
