First, let me apologize.  I received a number of emails asking me, "What happened?  Where are the new posts?  You usually post something almost every day and it has been a while since the last post."

I'm about to start posting some of the backlog information that I missed.  The reason there haven't been any posts for about a week, I took a well deserved family vacation for the Thanksgiving holidays.  For those of you in the United States, I hope you had a happy Thanksgiving.  For the readers around the world, I should have said something about the coming holiday and that I would be unavailable for emails and news postings.  I'm back and should be around until the Christmas holidays where I will probably take another break.

It's great to be home.  If you sent me an email, I hope to answer it today.  And the information valve is about to be opened up, so anything that I may have missed will get posted, starting today.
