In this 16 minute screencast video, Anil Desai walks you through how to create new virtual hard disks, how to configure virtual machine disk controllers (configuring IDE controllers and managing SCSI controllers), and how to attach virtual hard disks as well as maintaining them by converting and shrinking them.  

Rather than simply using audio or text to help walk someone through the process, Anil makes use of a video feed as he navigates through the Microsoft Virtual Server interface in order to show the user where to click and what they should be looking for.
