With the news coming out about VMware's upcoming IPO, people have been laser focused on that, but may have missed the fact that VMware listed Propero as a subsidiary in their SEC S-1 filing.  Virtual Startegy Magazine spoke with VMware about this, and they confirmed it saying, "VMware acquired Propero. Stay tuned for future announcements."

No word yet about this acquisition from Propero.
