Every time I see another one of these types of boot camps or training sessions, I'm impressed.  It means we are finally on the map.  Back when I started using this technology, we didn't even have product manuals.  It sure made it difficult, but then again, we learned a lot... quickly, because we had to through trial and error.  My only problem with courses like this is that VMware doesn't acknowledge them - in the fact that they require you to take the VMware owned and operated course in order to achieve their VCP certification.  Perhaps that will change some day.
