Neocleus Selected by AlwaysOn as an AO Global 250 Winner
Neocleus, a pioneer in endpoint virtualization technologies, today announced that it has been chosen by AlwaysOn as one of the AO Global 250 Winners. Inclusion in the AO Global 250 signifies major developments in the creation of new business opportunities in the global technology industries. Neocleus was specially selected by the AlwaysOn editorial team and other industry experts spanning the globe, based on a set of five criteria: innovation, market potential, commercialization, stakeholder value and media buzz.

Neocleus, along with the other AlwaysOn Global 250 Top Private Companies, will be honored at the AlwaysOn & STVP Summit at Stanford scheduled to occur from July 22-24, 2008 at Stanford University. This two-and-a-half day executive event highlights the significant economic, political and commercial trends disrupting the global technology industries and features the most innovative companies, eminent technologists, influential investors and journalists in keynote presentations, panel debates and private company CEO showcases.

The AO Global 250 winners have excelled in key strategic areas in the global technology markets, said Tony Perkins, founder and CEO, AlwaysOn. We congratulate them for their success in introducing new tools, services and platforms that are driving the next phase of innovation and creating real value at an economically uncertain time.

The AO Global 250 was selected from hundreds of companies, nominated by a panel of industry experts in the online technology, media, entertainment, enterprise and greentech sectors from around the world.

Neocleus, launched in May 2008, develops endpoint virtualization solutions that lower total cost of operations and improve security for a diverse set of user scenarios created by an increasingly complex Windows based desktop and laptop computing environment. The companys Desktop Virtualization Services are installed directly on top of the hardware of Windows based laptops or desktop and enable multiple instances of isolated and separated Windows, or any other operating system, to run concurrently on a single device. The companys first endpoint virtualization solution, Trusted Edge, enables IT to provide secure access to corporate resources from any endpoint regardless of its location or state of security.

Its an honor to be named among the prestigious organizations in the AlwaysOn Global 250, as this clearly validates our commitment to providing unique and industry-changing technology solutions and puts us in the esteemed company of true industry pioneers, said Ariel Gorfung, CEO, Neocleus. Since its inception in mid 2006, Neocleus has developed ground breaking endpoint virtualization technology and innovative solutions to deliver the next generation of endpoints. We look forward to continuing to execute against this vision through 2008 and beyond.
