Global Thought Leaders To Discuss Strategies and Trends at Technology Services Europe Spring 2009 Conference
The agenda for the second annual Technology Services Europe (TSE) 2009 conference has been announced, featuring case studies from the world's leading technology services organizations.

Themed "Services without Boundaries," the conference will host Europe-based services leaders and managers from 1-3 April, 2009, in Barcelona.

A series of case studies will zero in on best practices and lessons learned and will cover a range of topics including professional services, sales and pricing, integrating customer feedback, leveraging services to maximize project margins, partner strategies and technologies to deliver multilingual support, e-support, commoditization, alignment of user and company needs and partner enablement.

Presenters include global thought leaders from Agilent Technologies, Cisco Systems, Genesys Telecommunications, HP, McAfee, Philips Healthcare, Sun Microsystems and VMware, as well as the Technology Professional Services Association, Institut fuer Technologie und Arbeit e. V., the ISS International Business School of Service Management and TU Bergakademie Freiberg.

"The European services community is constantly innovating ways to enhance the customer experience around the world and locally and address always changing business challenges by putting solutions in place that result in better performance, productivity and ROI," said J.B. Wood, President and CEO of AFSMI, SSPA and TPSA.

The conference is co-sponsored by the Association for Services Management International (AFSMI), the Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA) and the Technology Professional Services Association (TPSA). The prestigious industry event will present the largest gathering of senior European services executives from premier technology industry leaders across Europe.
