Veeam Software, award-winning provider of systems management tools for VMware
virtual datacenter environments, today announced that it has expanded its Americas distribution with the addition of Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the world’s largest IT distributor. At the same time, Veeam will soon unveil a new, more personalized version of its ProPartner Portal, a one-stop resource for Veeam resellers and distributors worldwide.
Under the new agreement, Ingram Micro will distribute Veeam’s full line of virtualization data protection and systems management software products throughout North and South America.

As of Sept. 1, the updated Veeam ProPartner Portal, propartner.veeam.com, will offer major enhancements such as a customized experience by region and partner level, more sales and marketing tools and documents, new case studies, and more. Veeam Gold, Silver and Basic ProPartners will see special offers and programs open only to them. Upcoming events and training will be listed by local geographic area, to save partners time in quickly identifying opportunities of most interest to them.
The Veeam ProPartner portal offers essential resources to help partners build their virtualization practice, all in one convenient location. Not-for-resale (NFR) license keys, multi-language sales support and marketing promotional materials are available there, as well as information about current incentive programs and aggressive discounts to help them make the most of every VMware engagement.
Current incentives include:
• A 40 percent discount to end-user customers when replacing a competitive product with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• A 20 percent discount to end-users on Veeam Monitor.
