Finally, here is a way I can talk to my kids about what it is I do with virtualization!  This video was great.  It was entered into the "Run it with VMware" video contest and it won the VMworld Favorite Award (selected by viewers).

Ask your IT professional like "Petey" did and he'll tell you that more than 95 percent of applications including large databases, enterprise business suites, and email running on VMware vSphere will match and even exceed the performance achieved on physical servers.
