Hyper9, Inc., a provider of business-driven virtualization management solutions, and DNM Technology, an Ireland-based infrastructure consultancy specializing in virtualization, database services, storage management, backup and recovery, and business intelligence, today announced a joint partnership to help organizations across Ireland and the UK virtualize more resources, faster and with greater confidence. With this agreement, DNM Technology becomes an official reseller of Hyper9’s Virtual Environment Optimization (VEO) solution, providing DNM Technology customers better business insights into their virtual infrastructure.
Hyper9 VEO combines usability and dashboard features with in-depth analytics and reporting to help users find and reclaim virtual resources. The solution delivers instant insight into virtual environments, thereby eliminating manual assessment and reporting efforts. Additionally, organizations can use Hyper9 monitoring and alerts to establish best practices around how their virtual infrastructure should perform, and how to proactively maintain those activities over time.
“The increasing complexity of virtual environments, and the amount of data that must be compiled and analyzed to efficiently manage them is taking a toll on IT budgets and ROI models,” said David Quirke, CEO at DNM Technology. “We are excited to bring Hyper9 VEO to this market to help our customers achieve better insights and analysis across their virtual infrastructure, leading to improved resource allocation, reduced security risks and lower total cost of ownership.”
DNM Technology’s Virtual Assurance services include the design, implementation and support of business-focused virtualization solutions spanning server, desktop, network, storage and application environments. DNM Technology believes in vendor independence, working closely with leading virtualization organizations including VMware, Microsoft and Citrix, all Hyper9 partners.
“This partnership expands our reach across Europe at a time when organizations are trying to address more sophisticated business requirements with their virtualization initiatives,” said Bill Kennedy, CEO of Hyper 9. “Partnering with DNM Technology will help enterprises in this region achieve a more mature model of the virtualized infrastructure, and shift focus from the consolidation of resources to the optimization of key business processes and performance.”
