How To: Unattended Installation of VMware Tools in Windows

This is a useful document that I found on the VIOPS site which explains how to create an unattended installation package for VMware Tools in a Windows VM environment using the native available MSI parameters.

This could be used to roll out the tool using WSUS / SCCM or any other software delivery tool that can handle MSI installation packages.  This could prove beneficial the next time you are performing a mass upgrade of VMware Tools with a roll out of the next vSphere upgrade as an example.

Download the VMware Tools unattended install document here.
