In the holiday spirit, VMware has created a short video parody of “It’s a Wonderful Life,” highlighting an IT professional named Jimmy who has become apathetic about his job: “Every time I fix something, someone else submits a help ticket.” I'm sure many of us can relate!

So an angel, or an “IT support support guy”, gets sent down to show Jimmy what the company would be like without him. Turns out, without Jimmy, the company wouldn’t be using technology -- instead of laptops and PowerPoint presentations, they would be using typewriters and overhead projectors (anyone remember those??). 

Hear that smart phone ringing? Its not a user with a problem. Thats a support guy getting his wings!
