SnapLogic and Snowflake Partner to Simplify and Accelerate Data Integration and Analytics in the Cloud
SnapLogic, the unified data and application integration platform as a service (iPaaS), and Snowflake Computing, the data warehouse built for the cloud, today announced a new partnership to simplify and accelerate data integration and analytics in the cloud. The partnership includes technology integration and joint go-to-market activities to help organizations harness all data for new insights, better decisions and better business outcomes. 

Available immediately, SnapLogic has introduced a series of new pre-built intelligent connectors - called Snaps - which provide fast, self-service data ingestion and transformation from virtually any application or data source to the Snowflake Elastic Data Warehouse. Timely, relevant data can then be quickly and easily analyzed using a variety of analytic tools.

The demands of the digital era have fundamentally changed the requirements for effective data integration and warehousing. Organizations need fast and easy access to all data - no matter the source, format or location. The combination of SnapLogic and Snowflake delivers a solution designed from the ground-up to be cloud-first, self-service, fully scalable and capable of handling all data. Customers using Snowflake and Snaplogic enjoy dramatic acceleration in time-to-value at a fraction of the cost by eliminating manual configuration, coding and tuning while bringing together diverse data and taking full advantage of the flexibility and scalability of the cloud.

Snowflake vice president of product management Matthew Glickman noted that a major customer challenge is bringing together data. "Customers want a better way to round up all their data, regardless of format or where it resides, so that they can get it into the hands of the user for analysis and decision making," he said. "Snowflake's unique architecture combined with SnapLogic's cloud-based unified platform for both applications and data makes it possible for our customers to address this pain point with a simple, flexible solution built for the cloud."

SnapLogic and Snowflake will be showcasing the partnership and demonstrating their products for customers, partners and prospects at the AWS re:Invent conference taking place from November 30 - December 2 in Las Vegas.
