IT Consultancy Trusts SoftNAS as it Migrates Mission-Critical Data to the Cloud

SoftNAS, Inc. announced IT consultancy INTELLISoft N.V. has selected SoftNAS to migrate mission-critical data from its on-premises storage to the cloud. INTELLISoft was searching for a replacement to its physical network attached storage (NAS) to eliminate the high cost of license fees and maintenance. Based in Oranjestad on the Caribbean island of Aruba, INTELLISoft offers complete IT services and support for governmental agencies, construction companies, car dealerships, legal firms, private schools and a myriad of other businesses.

"SoftNAS Cloud is extremely user-friendly and easy-to-configure, which makes moving to the cloud effortless," said Michel Bernabela, managing director, INTELLISoft. "We have been very impressed with the support team that is just a fingertip away and with being able to achieve a reliable infrastructure that scales easily and stores unlimited amounts of data."

From architectural drawings and plans, financial databases, third-party software to other information from Microsoft Exchange servers, SoftNAS Cloud® delivers snapshots for efficient recovery from data deletion or corruption events without the need to restore backups.

"Cloud data is expanding at a phenomenal rate and is expected to top 44 zettabytes by 2020 according to industry analysts," said Rick Braddy, CEO, CTO and Founder of SoftNAS. "SoftNAS offers patented, high-availability storage to ensure mission-critical workloads can be moved and managed in the cloud."
