Tech Data Adds Key Service Providers to its Cloud Portfolio

Tech Data Corporation today announced that its Technology Solutions business, formerly a division of Avnet and now part of Tech Data, has added three new value-added service providers to the Avnet Cloud Marketplace, Technology Solutions' award-winning one-stop shop for cloud solutions from leading service providers, along with flexible payment models and a powerful cloud management toolset.   

The new service providers, selected to broaden offerings and help partners in the U.S. and Canada take advantage of growth opportunities in the ever-expanding cloud market, include:

  • HotLink (DR Express; Disaster Recovery as a Service / DRaaS) - HotLink's managed DRaaS solution features low pricing and unlimited scalability of Amazon Web Services (AWS) plus native integration with VMware vCenter management - combined with award-winning HotLink technology and expert resources to support business resiliency requirements.
  • ParkMyCloud (Cloud Cost Optimization Platform) - SaaS tool that allows AWS and Microsoft Azure customers to eliminate wasted cloud spend by scheduling on/off times for idle cloud computing services.
  • Zadara Storage (Storage as a Service / STaaS) - Zadara Storage partners with leading public cloud providers to offer all the performance, security and sophisticated features that demanding enterprise applications require. Zadara enables organizations to turbocharge applications in the cloud with elastic, enterprise-grade cloud SAN, NAS and object storage by the hour.
