SIOS iQ Named a Best of VMworld 2017 Finalist

Evaluated alongside 90 products at the VMworld 2017 conference, SIOS Technology's IT analytics platform, SIOS iQ, was named a finalist in the Best of VMworld 2017 awards in the workload management and migration category by the editors of TechTarget's SearchServerVirtualization.

An independent team of judges consisting of experts and editors from SearchServerVirtualizaiton.com reviewed and evaluated the products according to innovation, value, performance, reliability and ease of use. The award program covers nine categories of the virtualization market including areas such as agility and automation, data protection and end-user computing. SIOS iQ was named a finalist in the workload management and migration category, which recognizes products designed to monitor, track and manage workloads either in on-premises servers or in cloud environments, or enable migration of workloads across cloud platforms.

"SIOS iQ's advanced machine learning analytics-based technology empowers IT teams with full visibility across silos, enabling them to find and resolve application performance issues faster and more accurately than any other solution - a critical need in today's complex virtual infrastructures," said Jerry Melnick, president and CEO of SIOS Technology Corp. "Being named a finalist in the Best of VMworld 2017 represents another proof point in the growing need for artificial intelligence-powered AIOps technologies like SIOS iQ that enable IT to be much more proactive in supporting their company's core objectives."

SIOS iQ provides IT with instantaneous problem identification and specific recommendations for eliminating and avoiding complex application performance issues in VMware environments. At VMworld, SIOS demonstrated new capabilities within SIOS iQ, including a SQL Server optimization feature integrated with new software from Heraflux Technologies that enables SIOS iQ to perform deep analysis providing precise correlation of SQL Server performance problems to infrastructure issues in a single click.
