Central 1 Credit Union Selects Zenoss as a Service (SaaS) for Software-Defined IT Operations

Zenoss Inc., the leader in Software-Defined IT Operations (SDITO), today announced that Central 1 Credit Union has selected Zenoss as a Service (SaaS) to provide data insight, root-cause analysis and unlimited scalability across a broad scope of devices and managed resources.

The ServiceNow integration was key to selecting Zenoss, as it allows Central 1's IT operations (IT Ops) and IT service management (ITSM) teams to seamlessly share relevant information and work together effectively during service disruptions. The Zenoss-ServiceNow integration helps enterprise customers worldwide improve operational efficiency, save downtime costs, achieve alignment between IT Ops and ITSM teams, and ensure design best practices through certified integrations. Integrating Zenoss SDITO with ServiceNow will allow Central 1 to build comprehensive real-time models of their hybrid IT environments, providing unparalleled holistic health and performance insights.

With offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, as well as Toronto and Mississauga, Ontario, Central 1 holds approximately $17.7 billion in assets. The organization provides wholesale financial products, trust services, payment processing solutions and digital banking services to roughly 300 credit unions and institutional clients from coast to coast. Central 1 is the primary liquidity manager, payments provider and trade association for 42 member credit unions in British Columbia and 70 in Ontario - comprising a full-service retail financial system that collectively serves 3.3 million members and holds more than $121.6 billion in assets.
