Zenoss Announces Results for 2017

Zenoss Inc., the leader in software-defined IT operations, today announced its company highlights for 2017. Among many milestone accomplishments, Zenoss reported record-breaking sales in its software-as-a-service (SaaS) offering, overall sales growth that is significantly outpacing the industry, extraordinary growth through reseller and technical partnerships, and industry accolades across all departments.

The company reported the following results and highlights:

  • Record quarterly sales in the third and fourth quarters
  • 2017 SaaS sales growth of 340 percent
  • 2017 channel sales growth of 37 percent
  • Net customer renewal rate over 100 percent for 2017
  • Zenoss recognized by Austin Business Journal's Best Places to Work for 2017
  • Zenoss welcomed 450 global IT leaders to third annual user conference, GalaxZ17
  • More than 15 sponsors presigned for GalaxZ18, including ServiceNow, NTT DATA, Nutanix, Datalink, NWN Corporation, VictorOps, SaltStack, BigPanda, Everbridge, LayerX, SOPRIS Technologies, Higher Logic, Cascadeo and Verinon
  • Launched new Zenoss TechZen User Community, supporting over 3,000 members
  • Launched Zenoss Learning Center to provide large-scale training and enablement
  • Introduced the vision of software-defined IT operations
  • Launched ZenPack SDK to extend hybrid IT monitoring reach
  • Launched intelligent service assurance for AWS GovCloud
  • Announced Nutanix hyperconverged infrastructure integration
  • Ernst and Young named Greg Stock Entrepreneur Of The Year 2017 Award finalist in Central Texas
