Sinequa Teams with Infosys to Enable Information-Driven Organizations

Sinequa and Infosys recently announced a partnership to deliver cognitive search and analytics solutions to propel large organizations to become information-driven. This partnership offers joint customers a holistic solution that automatically extracts relevant insights from diverse enterprise datasets for users within a specific work context.

The information that data-intensive companies need to operate is usually spread all over the organization's data silos, making it difficult to surface the right information at the right time. Through this partnership, Infosys will offer its insights and analytics services on Sinequa's Cognitive Search Platform to help organizations address this challenge and improve their decision-making processes.

As part of this partnership, Infosys has implemented and configured Sinequa's Cognitive Search platform for global rail manufacturer Alstom that will help the client connect various data sources across the organization.

"Alstom is pleased to have chosen Sinequa as the Platform for Global Search. We derived significant value from this platform owing to 1) their support regarding new connectors and non-standard features development, 2) Reduction in Lead Time (for Search) for users across the company. The platform was successfully deployed by Infosys with the help of its Sinequa certified associates," said Thomas Verlhac, Digital Solutions Manager, Alstom.

Leveraging the platform and Infosys' insights and analytics services, Alstom will be able to federate data and consolidate information within the company, provide users the right information in a timely manner, ensure data quality and a single point to access all digital content.

"We are glad to see the interest of a leading global system integrator in our Advantage Partner Program. This strategic partnership shows that Infosys' ‘Data & Insight' vision is in line with Sinequa's commitment to help data-intensive organizations become information-driven," said Stéphane Kirchacker, VP Sales EMEA at Sinequa. "Infosys' expertise in driving Information Strategy and Governance coupled with the comprehensive Sinequa Cognitive Search & Analytics platform will decisively contribute to the success of customers' digital transformation projects."

"To be agile in a competitive marketplace, it is crucial for our customers to derive actionable insights from the vast repository of structured and unstructured data in real-time. By adding the Sinequa Cognitive Search platform to our portfolio of solutions, we will enable our customers to drive business value from their diverse enterprise datasets, as well as accelerate their digital transformation journey with data driven decision making," said Ravi Kumar S, President and Deputy COO, Infosys.
