Cloudhouse and Apptimized partner to offer a one-stop migration service for all applications
Cloudhouse, a leading provider of Compatibility Container technology, has announced a strategic partnership with Apptimized to create a unique one-stop migration service for all applications.

The partnership will combine Cloudhouse's industry leading application containerisation technology with Apptimized's fast, scalable, secure cloud-based application packaging solution in a single-end-to-end service. This will create a unique service able to migrate every application, including applications being moved from legacy versions of Windows and Citrix platforms to current platforms, such as Windows 10.

Cloudhouse founder and CEO, Mat Clothier: "This is an important step in our evolution, making Cloudhouse technology a viable option for customers wanting to leverage the benefits of containerisation across their entire estate, and not just applications incompatible with their target platform.

"Together, Apptimized and Cloudhouse offer customers an enhanced and accelerated service for migration of applications to the latest desktop and cloud platforms."

Henry Jonas, Apptimized CEO: "We are excited to be partnering with Cloudhouse. If customers are going to meet the challenges presented by platform migration they will need to reduce complexity.

"By offering a single service able to handle every application, we will remove complexity, improve service levels, and reduce costs."

As part of the strategic partnership, former Apptimized CSO Simon May has moved to Cloudhouse and will hold the role of Sales Manager, as he leads the creation and launch of the partnership.

"The bringing together of Apptimized's unequalled expertise and experience as well as the scale and speed of their platform, with Cloudhouse's proven technology, gives us a unique ability reduce risk and cost across an entire application's estate while assuring application compatibility, speeding up application deployment and reducing management overhead."
