Ubiquity Enters the Virtual Private Server Industry

Ubiquity Server Solutions has announced entry to the Virtual Private Server industry. Ubiquity's new offering will utilize SW-Soft's Virtuozzo platform and is intended to become increasingly competitive across the next several months in feature offerings.

Ubiquity Server Solutions has announced that it will be entering into the virtual dedicated server industry this month.

When asked for a statement, Ubiquity's Chief Marketing Officer Corey Northcutt commented:

"This has really been a long time coming. For years now our company has made a significant name in shared and dedicated hosting, it was simply time to fill in the gap between those offerings. We're jumping in full-steam too -- for all of the VPS clients that come to us over the first seven days, we'll be giving out an entire free month of service."

Ubiquity's new virtual private server (VPS) service will utilize Virtuozzo -- SW-Soft's industry-leading platform for partitioning isolated virtual server environments from a single real server. This solution is one of very few which secures complete functional, fault and performance isolation.

Although the initial features with this offering are somewhat limited, providing options for two operating systems and three control panels, the company has promised a substantial increase to the available options across the next 30 days.
