The SWsoft Virtuozzo Blog site turned me on to the following piece of information - The Enterprise Open Source magazine is asking for readers to participate in their EOS 2007 Readers Choice Awards.  If you would like to express your opinion and have it count, I invite you to GO VOTE!

There are a number of categories available to vote on, and a few of them are asking about virtualization.  Specifically, you can check out Best Virtualization Solution, Best Open Source Product, and Best Linux Distribution.  It only takes a few minutes to register and vote.  Once registered, you can also receive a one year free extension to your Enterprise Open Source magazine subscription! 

It looks like VMware currently has a sizeable lead in the Best Virtualization Solution category.

I particularly like the "reader's choice" awards because they come from the user base of readers and those of us on the front lines using these products day in and day out.  Make your voice heard!  Go VOTE!
