Altiris SVS Receives 2007 InfoWorld Technology of the Year Award
Altiris, a pioneer of service-oriented management solutions, today announced that Altiris Software Virtualization Solution technology has been recognized by InfoWorld magazine as a 2007 Technology of the Year.

InfoWorld, the leading integrated media brand for IT solutions management, recently highlighted the top technology trends of 2006, reveals what they mean for 2007 and selects the best hardware and software for the coming year. According to InfoWorld editors, Altiris SVS cuts the ties between Windows applications and the OS, an innovation that will have long-term ramifications for the Windows configuration management market.
