Richard Garsthagen posted on his Blog site about a new video that he did to help visualize VI3 in case you haven't yet had the chance to upgrade or install it.  The 18 minute video demonstration shows you many of the solutions that the VI3 software provides.  It shows how you can give people access to your environment, how to provision new servers, how to protect the environment against failures and how to load balance the workload across multiple servers.
