Xen may be getting a lot of the press right now with the Citrix acquisition, but that isn't stopping the KVM Project from moving forward.

- carry bios in kvm source tree for easier maintenance

- advertise kvm in vnc window title (Matthew Kent)
- fix Windows SMP guests consuming cpu time when idle (Igor Lvovsky)
