ClearCube's Connection Broker Technology Wins Desktop Virtualization Software Category in Best of VMworld Competition
ClearCube Technology, the market leader in centralized computing solutions, today announced that TechTarget, a respected technology publishing company, has named ClearCube Sentral™ a winner of the Best of VMworld award in the desktop virtualization software category. An independent team of judges from SearchServerVirtualization.com evaluated products submitted by more than 100 exhibitors of the VMworld conference, sponsored by VMware, which was held last week in San Francisco.

"TechTarget evaluated entries for the Best of VMworld awards based on innovation, value, performance, reliability and ease of use, and this award validates ClearCube's focus on each of those values," said Joy Randels, vice president of worldwide field operations at ClearCube. "Desktop virtualization is a natural evolution of centralized computing, a market that ClearCube pioneered. We will continue to offer our customers innovative products that offer desktop access to a virtualized infrastructure."

ClearCube's Sentral is the industry's first connection broker, technology that provides complete management of virtualized desktops and end-user access devices connected to centralized PC blades and servers. Based on Sentral, ClearCube's virtual desktop solution is the only centralized offering that delivers PC-level performance to end-users. At VMworld, ClearCube announced that Sentral is hardware-agnostic, allowing the solution to be deployed in the most complex centralized computing environments while affording customers maximum flexibility.
