Vizioncore Furthers Industry Standing with Dell OEM Relationship
Vizioncore Inc., the market leader in server virtualization management, today announced an OEM agreement with Dell. Dell has been a Vizioncore channel partner for more than 2 years and this strategic announcement furthers the go-to-market relationship between the two companies, enhancing the options available to customers who want to both optimize and safeguard their virtualized environments.

As our largest worldwide partner, Dell has successfully sold our virtualization solutions with their servers and hypervisors. By signing an OEM agreement, it takes our relationship to the next level and further substantiates our market position for providing server virtualization management solutions, said Chris Akerberg, President and Chief Operating Officer of Vizioncore. Dell will be able to provide our vRanger Pro, vReplicator, vFoglight (formerly vCharter Pro) and vConverter products directly to their customers.

Our customers are looking for robust, proven and reliable server virtualization management solutions. Having partnered with Vizioncore for more than 2 years, we are pleased to enter into this OEM agreement to provide their solutions to our customers as part of our overall virtualization portfolio, explained Rick Becker, vice president of Software and Solutions, Dell Product Group.

In support of its market leadership position, Vizioncore will also be demonstrating a set of technology innovations unrivalled for functionality across the entire lifecycle of virtual servers at VMworld 08 15th-18th September, at the Venetian in Las Vegas. Vizioncore will introduce industry-firsts with a comprehensive suite for workflow automation and heterogeneous VM administration. These products allow companies to track virtual machines throughout their lifecycle, standardizing processes and streamlining maintenance, providing cradle-to-grave management. A new storage optimization product will allow organizations to reclaim storage resources which are unutilized by virtual machines for improved efficiency in their virtual environments.
