“License Management in the Cloud”
Stuart Charlton, Chief Software Architect, Elastra Corporation, will outline a blueprint for cloud-based software licensing and its implications for public and private clouds. This session will also discuss how the benefits of cloud-based software licensing apply to all enterprise IT applications. Until now, enterprise software licensing has been limited to desktop deployments, creating limited flexibility for software vendors. Enterprise cloud computing removes the fundamental limitations to issuing customized licenses for users.
