NovaStor Launches Unlimited Protection for VMware
NovaStor, a pioneer in data protection, announced today the availability of NovaBACKUP BE Virtual. The new product fills a gap in the market by addressing small and medium enterprises and their need for economically protecting virtual machines based on VMware servers. During the introduction phase NovaBACKUP BE Virtual will be available for 599.95 instead of the standard list price of 999.95.

Unlimited, Agentless Backup of Virtual Machines on VMware Servers
While virtualization saves time and money, protecting virtual machines can become expensive if users need to install one backup software license per virtual machine. By backing up and restoring any number of virtual machines on a VMware server with one license, NovaBACKUP BE Virtual provides an excellent value per license. Beyond protecting unlimited virtual machines, the product offers a range of further advantages that simplify the protection for virtual machines on a VMware server and reduce the overall costs.

NovaBACKUP BE Virtual enables:

  • Protection for any number of virtual machines on a VMware server
  • Agentless backups, which eliminate the need to install one agent per virtual machine
  • Protection of virtual machines whether they are online or offline
  • Protection of virtual machines independent from the operating system in use
  • Full, incremental and differential backup of virtual machines for efficient use of storage space and fast restores

“Virtualization has proven to save companies substantial time, effort and money. With the release of NovaBACKUP BE Virtual, NovaStor provides unlimited virtual environment protection for VMware while keeping these same goals in mind“, says Mike Andrews, Managing Director at NovaStor.

NovaBACKUP BE Virtual is available through the IT retail and through NovaStor’s online store.
