Nasuni and Gestalt IT's Stephen Foskett to Discuss Secure Deletion in the Cloud
Nasuni, creator of the storage industry’s leading cloud gateway, will host a free Webinar titled The Deletion Dilemma on Wednesday, April 13 at 2:00 P.M. EDT, in which Stephen Foskett of Gestalt IT and Nasuni CEO Andres Rodriguez will discuss the tricky issue of deleting data within the cloud.

In a traditional enterprise IT environment, best practices call for not deleting a file permanently. Any IT manager who has been in charge of storage infrastructure knows that the accidental deletion of important data is the most common storage problem. When a copy of the deleted file still exists, the accidentally deleted file can be recovered. Nevertheless, keeping copies of deleted files can cost an organization money and may pose other risks, such as legal liabilities.

In this Webinar, storage expert, blogger and editor Stephen Foskett joins Nasuni CEO Andres Rodriguez to discuss the dilemma of deletion as it relates to the cloud. With many companies looking to the cloud to expand their storage infrastructure, simplify storage management and save money, serious questions have arisen around whether cloud storage can offer the tools IT organizations need to handle deletions properly.

During this Webinar, these two celebrated storage experts will share their opinions and explain how Nasuni has solved the issue of data deletion in the cloud.
