Following the company’s recent Series A financing, Dolan will bring his considerable sales experience to Spanning and play an instrumental role in the continued growth of the company.

Dolan has more than a decade of software sales and management experience at industry innovators such as Vignette, Surgient and most recently Salesforce.com, where he sold cloud-based CRM, development and social media applications to sales, channel marketing and IT customers. In his time with the company, Bill achieved over 250% of his revenue targets and developed an acute understanding of the needs of customers in myriad industries.

Throughout his time with Vignette, Surgient and Salesforce.com, Bill consistently exceeded sales and revenue goals and dramatically grew business with major national customers. At Surgient, Bill was tasked with growing small customers into large implementations with multi-million dollar national contracts.
