Embotics Expands to EMEA

Embotics Corporation, a pioneer in virtualization and private cloud management, today announced the opening of its EMEA headquarters in London, England. The expansion comes as Embotics works to build its channel partner program in the Americas and Europe. With a more widespread global presence, Embotics can reach a larger pool of companies seeking visibility into their virtualized infrastructures and automated management capabilities to facilitate private cloud adoption.

Via its U.K. headquarters, as well as in its home base in North America, Embotics works closely with partners and customers to solve the common challenges of virtualization management and private cloud adoption including capacity management, change and configuration management, chargeback and IT costing, lifecycle management and self service. The company’s V-Commander is an integrated, scalable platform that eases the management of dynamic data centers, delivering an all-in-one capacity, performance and lifecycle management solution that makes cloud-based delivery of IT services attractive for companies in a wide range of industries.

“Too many businesses suffer early plateaus of virtualization initiatives once deployments expand beyond initial, simplistic stages,” said Jay Litkey, CEO of Embotics. “To reach the private cloud and capture the real benefits of dynamic data centers, enterprises need to make integrated virtualization and private cloud management a central part of their vision early on. We look forward to working with new and existing partners and customers in the U.K. to help them realize that goal.”

Embotics is also extending private cloud support to channel partners, customers and others via a series of 16 webinars entitled, “Journey to the Cloud.” The 15-minute, free sessions focus on all stages of virtualization from preparation and basic management to building the optimized cloud. The webinar series is accompanied by a contest and grand prize trip to Mount Everest, where the winner will have experienced guides along the path toward the summit and its surrounding clouds.
