In an employee-based survey of Bay Area companies, Citrix Systems, Inc. has been named one of the
Top Work Places in Silicon Valley. The employee survey, conducted by an independent company, Workplace Dynamics, was spotlighted in the June 19 editions of Bay Area News Group publications San Jose Mercury News, Contra Costa Times and Oakland Tribune. Citrix placed second in the
Top 10 companies to work for in the large company category. Citrix Senior Vice President and CMO Wes Wasson also won the
Leadership award as the top leader of all large companies in Silicon Valley. Citrix is a leading provider of
virtualization and cloud computing solutions that help people work or play from anywhere on any device. The company’s Silicon Valley headquarters is located in Santa Clara.
More than 1,370 companies of 50 or more employees in the Silicon Valley Bay Area were invited to participate in the survey and respond to a series of 24 statements about their company using a seven-point Likert scale. Their responses were used to gauge how employees feel about their company. Workplace Dynamics categorized the employers into size bands and then ranked the employers within their size band’s based solely on the employee responses to the survey statements.
