New Executive Team Members:

Chris Akerberg joins Liquidware Labs as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. Akerberg was previously VP of Global Sales for Server Virtualization at Quest Software, which he joined through the acquisition of Vizioncore. He was instrumental in building out a powerful channel for Vizioncore’s products, driving sales and taking Vizioncore from a small start-up to the industry leader in virtualization management solutions in just a few years. With more than 15 years’ experience in executive sales management and marketing positions in high tech markets, Akerberg has worked with Sprint, Barracuda Networks and Acer, and he has specialized in developing markets, implementing channel strategies and driving sales programs for new technologies. He holds a B.S. in Operations Management and Information Systems (OMIS) from Northern Illinois University.

"Liquidware Labs is positioned perfectly in this market for explosive growth with its innovative solutions, strong market awareness and a stable of proven market veterans leading the effort," said Akerberg. "I am thrilled to join this group and help take it to the next level. The energy and passion reminds me of the early Vizioncore days, and I am extremely excited and focused on having another successful venture here at Liquidware."

David Feathergill joins Liquidware Labs as Chief Software Architect. In this role, he will focus on accelerating the pace and raising the bar on ProfileUnity, Liquidware Labs User Environment Management software. Feathergill’s experience in virtualization technologies spans almost a decade, having joinedVizioncore in 2002 as a developer of a suite of tools to support Citrix MetaFrame professional engagements. He played a key role in creating software development best practices at the company, while continuing to add more robust functionality to virtualization products. Grace Krokidas joins Liquidware Labs as Vice President of Worldwide Marketing. In this role, she is tasked with building on the company’s visibility with media and analysts, as well as to drive awareness and education for customers and collaboration with partners. Krokidas was instrumental in making Vizioncore a "household name" in the virtualization community by providing strong support for the user groups, bloggers and evangelists who launched themselves in the early days of the industry. Prior to Vizioncore, Krokidas created marketing strategy and channel programs for Zebra Technologies, Sun Microsystems, Ricoh Business Systems and DeVry University, among others. She has an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.A. in Communications from Loyola University in Chicago.
