Diskeeper Corporation to Showcase Virtualization and Private Cloud Optimization Technology at Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2011

Diskeeper Corporation today announced from the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo 2011 that their newest release, V-locity 3, brings critical benefits to virtualization and private cloud implementation not otherwise obtainable.

Diskeeper Corporation is extremely well versed in the needs of the enterprise, with over 90% of the Fortune 500 as customers. V-locity 3 has the stated ability to improve overall IT efficiency and service level agreements while lowering cost of ownership.

Key benefits cited for V-locity include reduced infrastructure TCO, lower Help Desk traffic, decreased energy costs, more time between hardware upgrades and overall increased productivity.

“Virtualization and private cloud technology is the efficiency IT has been waiting for but infrastructure issues have been undermining performance and costs,” said Diskeeper Chief Technology Officer Gary Quan. “Diskeeper Corporation, with years of R&D invested in system performance, has developed technology that eliminates underlying I/O bottlenecks and data storage waste without itself creating resource conflicts. As a result, virtual platforms achieve and maintain unprecedented performance and reliability and do so at significantly lower operating costs. This is the perfect application for companies trying to get more done with fewer resources.”

On hand to meet with corporate executives is Jerry Baldwin, Chief Executive Officer, Gary Quan, Chief Technology Officer, and Paul Raphael, Vice President of Engineering and Business Development.

Diskeeper Corporation will be showing on the ITxpo Show Floor in Data Center & IT Operations Marketplace in Atlantic Hall Booth 203.
