The National Football League (NFL) team's IT operations staff selected Venyu based on RestartIT's innovative approach to data deduplication, cloud storage backup, disaster recovery and overall total cost of ownership. 

Tasked with supporting the front and back-office networking, applications and data storage needs, the Baltimore Ravens Information Technology staff grew increasingly frustrated by the hours of maintenance its tape backup system required. In the wake of the destruction to the New Orleans Saints'  Superdome caused by Hurricane Katrina, the need for a disaster recovery plan became a reality. Rather than spending additional time and resources on building a costly and time-consuming in-house solution, the Ravens turned to Venyu for assistance.
