Lanamark Inc., a global provider of agent-less, Services-Oriented Analytics software for IT solution providers delivering cross-vendor desktop and data center solutions across physical and virtual infrastructure, today announced availability of Lanamark Suite 2012.

The new release allows IT solution providers to profile IT assets and leverage Multipoint Data Access technology to accelerate sales cycles and lower service delivery costs by streaming encrypted data into their public or private clouds for analysis. This technology also facilitates data access in completely locked down environments so that analysis can be performed on client premises. Lanamark Suite 2012 employs Asset Intelligence to normalize and enrich raw IT asset data with actionable business information and enables unified analysis, segmentation and dependency mapping for applications, users and machines. It also extends agent-less data collection beyond Microsoft Windows, Linux, NetWare, Citrix XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware vSphere to IBM AIX, HP-UX and Oracle Solaris.

Lanamark Suite 2012 consists of:

• Lanamark Explorer for agent-less, enterprise-scale instrumentation of applications, users and machines across physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Lanamark Central with Multipoint Data Access for on-site data analysis or multi-client and multi-site data aggregation in a public or private cloud managed by the IT solution provider.
• Lanamark IQ with Asset Intelligence for normalization of raw data and enrichment of hardware and software assets with contextual information such as age, warranty and power consumption.
• Lanamark Studio for unified IT asset analysis, segmentation, dependency mapping and reporting automation with plug-ins for Microsoft Office 2007 and 2010.
• Lanamark Portal for web-based IT service management and collaboration.

Lanamark enables IT solution providers to partner with Lanamark through its services-centric VAccelerate Partner Program and use the Lanamark Suite Services Edition to accelerate pre-sales, professional services and managed services engagements. Licensing
Lanamark Suite is licensed using pay-per-use desktop, server and virtual machine credits or via an annual subscription, which provides unlimited access to data collected during the subscription period. Quarterly and monthly payment splitting options are available to Silver and Gold partners.
