that SunGard Availability Services has deployed Zenoss Service Dynamics as its
common service assurance platform for global cloud and managed services
infrastructure. By unifying service assurance on the Zenoss platform, SunGard
has not only streamlined global operations by eliminating several legacy
management products, but has also achieved rapid improvements in problem
isolation and accelerated time to market for new offerings.

customer reporting for SunGard's over 9,000 customers globally. Unlike
traditional IT operations software solutions, Zenoss delivers the entire suite
of service assurance capabilities on a single, open, product platform. Using its
"model-driven" approach, Zenoss automates significant aspects of the service
assurance lifecycle, and responds in real-time to changes in the IT environment.
These capabilities deliver unique value for managing traditional fixed IT
infrastructure, and are a must with dynamic, virtualized and cloud-based
infrastructure.
