For the last few years now, my friend and fellow virtualization enthusiast and blogger, Eric Siebert from vSphere-Land, has been conducting an annual online community vote to identify some of the top virtualization blog sites that exist online. And this year is no different.
Eric has just wrapped up the voting, tallied the votes, and published this year's listing. There were around 80 new blogs on the ballot this year and 4 new blogs to make
the top 25. This year there were almost 1200 votes as compared to last year which had around 800.
This year's results have been released and are now online for your viewing pleasure - vSphere-Land Top Virtualization Blogs for 2012
This list is a lot of hard work on Eric's part, so let's make sure to thank him and give him a round of applause. We should also make sure to thank the good people at TrainSignal, perhaps one of if not the best at producing high quality virtualization training videos that I have personally enjoyed for quite some time now. Once again, they helped sponsor this great event.
And also, a very special thanks to everyone who voted for VMblog.com as their Favorite Virtualization News/Information Website. I really do appreciate you taking your time out to vote for me. I've been doing this now for the past eight years! Quite a long time in the virtualization blogosphere. When I started, I think there may have been one or two other blog sites that were dedicated to this technology. Quite a different story from today's virtualization world, to be sure. Again, thanks to all who voted!
