“As enterprises investigate VDI as a viable technology for their organization, the impact on the user experience and overall performance are two key critical elements considered. Many times, introducing new technologies creates a hybrid desktop environment that can be even more challenging for IT to manage. Together, RES Software and eG Innovations give enterprises the confidence to know that users won’t experience disruption by the move virtual desktops, and they can fully take advantage of the flexibility and mobility offered by VDI,” said Tony Falsone, virtualization practice director at FusionStorm. “We see tremendous value in this joint offering, and our customers stand to benefit greatly from pairing these two technologies as they initiate upcoming desktop transformation projects.”

This partnership will appeal to enterprises who wish to enhance the end user experience; especially those who are deploying virtualized desktop solutions or application delivery infrastructures. RES Software and eG innovations’ partnership will benefit organizations of all sizes, even those with mixed IT environments.

“The collaboration between RES Software and eG Innovations is focused on meeting the operational needs of the end user via enhanced performance and security,” said Gene Bonacci, VP channels and strategic alliances, RES Software. “The complementary capabilities of RES Software and eG Innovations demonstrate essential components of a well-architected desktop transformation solution. This solution helps customers create momentum and broader adoption of new desktop capabilities and leads to a better return on investment.”

“The RES Software vision of delivering dynamic desktop solutions and simplifying management tools is very similar to our beliefs of how businesses should manage their performance management solutions, so it was a welcome opportunity to work together to help organizations navigate today’s complex hybrid desktop environments,” said Rick Ruskin, VP sales at eG Innovations. “By pooling the best resources from both companies, ultimately our customers and end users will reap the benefits.”
