DynamicOps Expands Global Footprint for Award-Winning Cloud Management Solution with New UK and AsiaPac Partners

DynamicOps, pioneer of the Operations Virtualization platform that enables unified cloud automation and management, today announced that three key solution providers and consulting firms in the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific have joined its fast- growing global partner program. The program, launched in November 2011, focuses on partners intent on capitalizing on the growing interest in private cloud computing and the award-winning DynamicOps Cloud Suite.

DynamicOps also revealed that IDC named it a “company to watch” in cloud systems management software. IDC’s newly published “DynamicOps Private Vendor Watchlist Profile: Extending Beyond Cloud Management Automation,” by Mary Johnston Turner, IDC Research Vice President, notes that “IDC believes DynamicOps is a company to watch because the company’s extensible management platform has gained early traction with more than 90 enterprise-class customers…and its platform is architected to automate a range of server and desktop provisioning and configuration management workflows. The firm has been winning beachhead accounts among major financial services companies…and recently started to develop channel partner relationships with sophisticated systems integrators and outsourcers.”

DynamicOps’ newest strategic partners all boast a strong market presence and a high level of technology expertise. They include: Excelian, a solutions provider that offers services and technologies for the capital markets and commodities space; Microland, a service provider specializing in cloud infrastructure services; and Logicent Solutions, a consulting partner with expertise in maximizing operational efficiencies and user experience through private cloud and virtualization.

“We’re seeing great demand around the world for solutions that allow enterprises to quickly and cost-effectively deploy and benefit from cloud computing,” said Randy Streu, Vice President of Business Development at DynamicOps. ”Excelian, Microland and Logicent are at the forefront of addressing private and public cloud computing needs. We’re pleased that they chose DynamicOps as their foundational cloud offering, and that such a prestigious firm as IDC validates the value we bring to the market.”

DynamicOps Cloud Solutions: Expanding Market Reach
DynamicOps’ new channel partners bring a broad-based expertise and extensive customer reach to the company.

  • Excelian, a DynamicOps solution provider based in the United Kingdom, provides a complete range of services and technologies for the capital markets and commodities space, including service, expert advice, and rigorous planning and monitoring of results. “The banking sector is progressively embracing cloud solutions, and building private cloud can be a stepping stone towards leveraging large scale public clouds,” said Andre Nedelcoux, Head of Grid, HPC and Cloud Computing, Excelian Ltd. “Due to their integration capabilities with various cloud API’s and virtualization systems, DynamicOps is able to build hybrid clouds, thus bridging the gap between private environments and multi-tenant commoditized environments.”
  • Microland, a DynamicOps consulting partner serving the U.S., U.K., India and Middle East, is a leading IT infrastructure and Cloud Infrastructure Lifecycle services provider, covering all areas of technology infrastructure setup, management and optimization. Through its SmartNow™ and SmartFuture™ services suite, Microland delivers value to enterprise IT operations today and over the years to come.

“As a comprehensive Cloud Lifecycle solutions provider, we constantly see enterprises wanting to transform and adopt the new IT delivery paradigm, which is all about access to information anytime, anywhere on any client end point. This requires a change in the delivery enablement model, namely automating delivery, operational control and lifecycle management of physical, virtual and cloud-enabled server and desktop resources. These capabilities are exactly what DynamicOps provide,” said M.S. Rangaraj, Chief Innovation Officer at Microland. “We are excited to partner with DynamicOps, an acknowledged thought leader in the Operations Virtualization space. They are a natural fit for Microland’s “Now to Cloud” services and solutions.”

  • Logicent Solutions, a DynamicOps consulting partner in the United Kingdom, helps customers streamline and maximize operational efficiency while providing the best user experience. It helps turn IT into a strategic tool for ensuring maximum availability, centralization and simplification of desktop management.

“Logicent Solutions is delighted to partner with DynamicOps,” said Graham Bell, Director at Logicent Solutions. “As specialists in private cloud and virtualization, we are approached by many software vendors with their proposed solutions, but there are very few that we are happy to align with - DynamicOps is certainly one of these. Our value is making sure that the right solution is designed and implemented for each specific environment every time. We see DynamicOps as a key component in helping enterprise customers reduce operating expenses, empower the user and drive efficiency.”
