The following System Center 2012 SP1 – Service Manager add-ons and extensions are available for download:

IT Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Process Management Pack
This Microsoft System Center solution assists medium and large organizations in managing and automating their IT GRC responsibilities; improving IT GRC program management efficiency while reducing costs; simplifying and consolidating IT GRC workloads; and increasing executive, audit, and management visibility into their GRC programs. The IT GRC Process Management Pack —combined with the IT Compliance Management Series—helps customers understand and bind complex business objectives to their Microsoft infrastructure in an operationally efficient manner.

System Center Cloud Services Process Pack
System Center Cloud Services Process Pack (CSPP) is Microsoft’s Infrastructure as a Service solution built on the System Center platform. With the System Center Cloud Services Process Pack, enterprises can realize the benefits of Infrastructure as a Service while simultaneously leveraging their existing investments in the Service Manager, Orchestrator, Virtual Machine Manager, and Operations Manager platforms.

CSPP is an extension pack built on top of System Center. This release is compatible only with System Center 2012 and 2012 SP1. This release does not contain a new feature set from prior releases.

If you are installing the System Center Cloud Services Process Pack on System Center 2012 Service Pack 1 (SP1) - Service Manager, then you must install the chargeback feature before you install the process pack. For more information, see Installing and Configuring Chargeback Reports in System Center 2012 SP1 - Service Manager.
