Veeam Software,
innovative provider of backup, replication and virtualisation management
solutions for VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V, has announced the
Asia Pacific (APAC) ProPartner Award winners for 2012. The winners
include Climb Inc, Acclivis Technologies & Solutions, Advance
Microsystems Corporation, Data#3, Oriel Technologies, UltraServe and
Lettscom.
"Now in its third year, the Veeam ProPartner Awards are aimed at
recognising the contribution, innovation and success our partners have
achieved in implementing virtualisation solutions in the region," said
Don Williams, Regional Director APJ at Veeam. "We truly value our
partners as they represent such a significant part of driving the
success of our business, and we want to be able to show our support by
helping them grow and become market leaders."
The winners of each category were chosen on the basis of outstanding
growth and leadership within their markets, recognising excellence in
revenue performance for the 2012 financial year. The categories included
ProPartner of the Year, Growth ProPartner of the Year, Cloud Provider
ProPartner of the Year and Rookie ProPartner of the Year.
Veeam's ProPartner of the Year Award winners were determined globally and regionally. In Asia, the award was won by
Climb Inc, and in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), it was won by
Data#3;
Shanghai Changingit System Co. Ltd won the award for China;
Microware Limited for Hong Kong;
Microtree Sdn Bhd for Malaysia; and
NCS Pte. Ltd for Singapore.
The Growth ProPartner of the Year award is given to businesses for
achieving the most dramatic increase in Veeam revenue and growth as a
percentage of their business. In ANZ, this award was won by Oriel Technologies, and in Asia, it was won by Advance Microsystems Corporation.
Rookie ProPartner of the Year, awarded to new partners who achieved accelerated growth with Veeam, was won by
Acclivis Technologies & Solutions for Asia and
Lettscom for ANZ.
UltraServe
took home the Cloud Provider ProPartner of the Year Award for its
significant investment in Veeam's technology and continued dedication to
maintaining a strong relationship with the company.
The winners of the Veeam ProPartner regional awards, introduced to
recognise the growth efforts of region specific resellers, included
BEarena as the Growth ProPartner of the year for New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory; Queensland was won by
Computer Merchants; Western Australia by
Stott + Hoare; Victoria by
Blue Connections; South Australian by
Subnet; and
Lexel took home the award for New Zealand.
The Veeam ProPartner Award winners for 2012 were selected from over
400 partners across Asia, and 800 partners across Australia and New
Zealand.
