This proprietary technology can be used to facilitate resource allocation and placement of virtualized workloads.

U.S. Patent 8,396,807 covers various systems and methods for managing software licenses in a virtualization system. The patent application was filed on August 12, 2009, and issued as a patent on March 12, 2013.

U.S. Patent 8,433,801 covers various systems and methods for determining and using productivity scores in the management of virtualization system resources. The patent application was also filed on August 12, 2009, and issued as a patent on April 30, 2013.
