DameWare Adds Mobile Remote Desktop for iPhone and iPad

SolarWinds, a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software, today announced the addition of DameWare Mobile for iPhone and iPad to DameWare Remote Support, a comprehensive remote IT administration solution that now enables system administrators to manage and monitor remote Windows machines from anywhere at any time.

DameWare Remote Support provides remote management of Mac OS X, Linux, and Windows servers, notebooks, and laptops for quick end-user support from one console. As part of the DameWare suite of remote support solutions, it includes DameWare Mini Remote Control for fast and secure access to remote systems with built-in chat functions and shared end-user screens.

DameWare Remote Support now features DameWare Mobile, a mobile application for use on an iPhone or iPad that allows IT admins to connect remotely to Windows desktops, laptops and servers and share users' screens to provide support and troubleshooting from any location.
