Zenoss Inc,

announced that John Whitmarsh has joined the company as Chief Financial
Officer (CFO). Whitmarsh
comes to Zenoss with 20 years of financial management experience
focused on growth stage private equity and venture-backed technology
companies.
"John brings a wealth of experience to his new role as chief financial officer for Zenoss. He
has overseen a wide range of financial initiatives for technology
companies and is well suited to manage our growth," said Zenoss CEO and

team and to utilize his expertise to further grow our company."
Whitmarsh's past experience includes
being the CFO at MessageOne Inc., a software provider for email
management and archiving services. He played a key role in helping grow
MessageOne's valuation, which led him to being named 2009 Best CFO for
private companies by the Austin Business Journal. Whitmarsh also held
CFO roles at Misys Healthcare Transaction Services, Digital Motorworks,
Inc., Century Payments, and Invodo, Inc. He is a CPA and began his
career in audit, tax and corporate transactions with international CPA
firm KPMG.
