Jouni Heikniemi has created a very informative poster providing an overview of the different Windows Azure application types.  The poster details the Web Sites, Cloud Services, Mobile Services and Virtual Machines, as well as the Building blocks, the Foundations, the Network and the on-premise structure. 

The poster is somewhat developer-focused, and Heikniemi has said that he has intentionally de-emphasized features that are typically only relevant to IT pros or certain deployment scenarios (such as virtual networks and firewall configurations inside Azure).
