Centrify and Elastica Partner to Provide Comprehensive Cloud Security Solution for SaaS Applications

Today at the RSA Conference 2014, Centrify, the leader in Unified Identity Services across data center, cloud and mobile, and Elastica, the innovator in data science powered cloud security solutions, announced a joint solution to protect enterprises as they adopt cloud services. Centrify and Elastica have integrated their solutions to ensure users' access to cloud applications are authenticated against users' identities and are extended for use in policies, controls and analysis of cloud application usage. The joint solution is being demonstrated in Centrify's booth #2015 and Elastica's booth #304 at the RSA Conference.

With improved economics and ease of adoption, cloud-based services have now become a compelling option for enterprises to streamline their business and productivity applications. However, as organizations rapidly adopt these services, centralized access and control, transparency and security of these ever-increasing numbers of cloud services remain as unaddressed challenges.

Centrify's User Suite halts cloud application password sprawl by enhancing user satisfaction with SaaS Single Sign-On (SSO), while providing an IT organization with centralized identity and access control for these cloud applications, along with unique integrated mobile security. With a variety of flexible deployment options, Centrify offers the industry's most advanced Identity-as- a-Service (IDaaS) solution that provides robust Active Directory-based SSO, identity and access management, and mobile management features.

"Elastica is executing on a strategic partnership with Centrify that features technology integration and joint marketing activities to equip enterprises with an easy-to-use, comprehensive solution for securing cloud- based applications and services," said Rehan Jalil, President and CEO of Elastica. "Centrify has global reach and, as we expand, we look forward to working with Centrify to provide a seamless experience for global customers seeking to leverage their existing identities for seamless access to Elastica's service on the mobile and computing devices of their choice."

Elastica's CloudSOC provides security operations for cloud applications by leveraging advanced data science and powerful visualization to monitor and protect cloud applications. Elastica provides audit for cloud application usage and shadow IT, granular transaction visibility, real time threat detection, security controls and post-incident forensics analysis capabilities.

The combination of Elastica's CloudSOC and Centrify's User Suite gives enterprises control over access to cloud applications and then assures that these applications are being used for business purposes without the risk of data leakage. IT gets deep visibility into each user's SaaS application usage patterns and device access activity, while end users get a seamless one-click experience to their favorite apps from their devices of choice -- all without any compromise in performance or security.

"Elastica's CloudSOC solution addresses a real need around the lack of cloud application visibility being faced by many of Centrify's enterprise customers as they embrace and deploy cloud applications," said Shreyas Sadalgi, Vice President, Business Development of Centrify. "This strategic partnership with Elastica ensures that our customers can experience Elastica's solutions for in-depth visibility and auditing to a broad range of cloud applications while meeting enterprise security and compliance requirements."

Through this partnership, Centrify provides a free and easy-to-use solution for Elastica customers to integrate their existing user credentials for secure SSO to Elastica's CloudSOC service and up to two other SaaS applications. As an alternative to third-party mobile security solutions, Centrify also helps Elastica customers seamlessly secure mobile devices, giving IT secure central management of mobile devices and apps from a familiar interface.
