CiRBA Inc., the leading provider of Automated Capacity Control software, today announced the appointment of Michael Marketos to the position of Senior Vice President, Services. Marketos is charged with overseeing all functions within CiRBA’s Services organization, including Technical Services, Technical Support, Documentation and Training.

Prior to joining CiRBA, Marketos spent the last decade with Dell in various leadership roles in both the Consulting and Managed Services divisions. Most recently, he was Services Sales Director for Dell Services, where he managed the division’s sales across North America and five lines of business. Prior to this, he was the Regional Director for Dell Consulting Services, where he was responsible for highly complex, strategic services delivery to customers, including virtualization and cloud computing, and application management, among others. His experience also includes positions at other technology consulting companies, such as InSource Consulting, and i2 Technologies.
